Shipping

Orders take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on what service you chose. We always try our best to send items out the same day or the following morning. Orders are shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail in the USA and International First Class Mail for international shipping.

Change of day is considered to occur at midnight (12:00AM) Eastern Standard Time.

All order shipments are subject to product availability and complete customer order, billing and shipping information being received by Kollective.de Inc. Shipments are also pending weather restrictions or natural disasters.

Shipping times only apply from the date and time that the order was shipped. Shipping times do not include customs delays.
